OUR PLANS FOR REOPENING – July 2020

We wanted to update you on what we’re continuing to do in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our staff and customers. We’re continuing to follow the government health advice to make sure our customers and our colleagues stay safe and we are putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone as they return to work.

We are delighted to be slowly reopening our factory and offices and we will be adopting a phased safe return to work for our production staff. We are now able to assist you with customer service and technical queries and if you have an account with ourselves you will now be able to place an order for regular despatch.

Please bear with us during these difficult times until we get fully operational again. Due to the reduced team in the office, we apologise that we are unable to answer the telephone as normal for the moment and continue to ask that sales orders and enquiries are sent in by email.

For pressure problems and emergencies, if you smell gas or are worried about gas safety, you can call National Grid (formerly TRANSCO) at any time, day or night. Your call will not cost you anything. Just pick up the phone, dial the number and you will be put through to a trained operator who will take all the details.

Gas Safe Register

The  Gas Safe Register offers a gas safety advice helpline service as part of its mission to promote gas safety in the United Kingdom. Registered installers should have their ID card handy when calling the line. Detailed technical advice and information will then be provided free of charge. (Previously called CORGI)
