We wanted to let you know what we’re doing in response to the Coronavirus outbreak to protect our staff and customers. We’re following the government health advice to make sure our customers and our colleagues stay safe and we are putting all the necessary measures in place to ensure this advice is followed by everyone.
We are doing everything possible to support our customers so whilst our offices and factory are currently closed we do have limited remote access to our systems. We will be able to assist you with customer service and technical queries and if you have an account with ourselves you will be able to place an order for future despatch.

For pressure problems and emergencies, if you smell gas or are worried about gas safety, you can call National Grid (formerly TRANSCO) at any time, day or night. Your call will not cost you anything. Just pick up the phone, dial the number and you will be put through to a trained operator who will take all the details.

Gas Safe Register
The Gas Safe Register offers a gas safety advice helpline service as part of its mission to promote gas safety in the United Kingdom. Registered installers should have their ID card handy when calling the line. Detailed technical advice and information will then be provided free of charge. (Previously called CORGI)
